Saya mempunyai keinginan untuk berolahraga seperti berenang dan main bulutangkis, karena saya merasa ingin lebih langsing, untuk olahraga bulutangkis minggu-minggu ini saya sudah melakukannya, rasanya sangat menyenangkan , hehehe, kadang-kadang jika anda menjalani rutinitas sehari-hari maka , anda akan merasa boring tanpa diselingin dengan olahraga, olahraga juga membuat anda untuk menambah relasi ataupun, dengan menambah kenalan , untuk olahraga yang paling murah adalah jogging, karena saya hobby main bulutangkis maka saya akan main bulutangkis dan berenang sebab kedua olahraga ini saya sangat suka, oh ya berenang juga merupakan olahraga yang paling menyehatkan menurut saya

mengapa berenang merupakan olahraga yang paling menyehatkan , karena semua tubuh kita bergerak, dari tangan, dan kaki juga bisa melatih pernapasan, berolahraga juga dapat membuat tubuh anda langsing , kadang saya lihat wanita lebih menyukai cowo yang bodynya tidak terlalu gemuk juga tidak terlalu kurus, alias kadang-kadang saya merasa minder juga hahaha, jadi curhat ,ok deh besok saya akan mulai berolahraga
